Join me for an online cheesemaking class and learn how to make one of my all-time favourite cheeses: Manchego.
Manchego is traditionally made in Spain using sheep's milk; when made with cow's milk, it's called Hispanico (but I still call mine Manchego). This cheese is easy to make and ready to eat at 6-8 weeks, but the flavour will continue to improve with age—if you can avoid eating it all in one sitting. |
