Learn to make cheese at home!Birdsong Farm raises quality registered Jerseys, and breed for type and milk using a combination of both Canadian and US genetics. All of our cows are halter trained, good with hand or machine milking, 100% DNA tested, and tested for Beta and Kappa Casein type. We actively participate in classification and milk testing as well.
