Danisco's MA culture series includes MA 11, 14, 16, & 19, and contains the bacteria strains Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris (LC) and Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis (LL).
Use 1/16 to 1/8 of a teaspoon per 4 litres or quarts of milk.
Each packet contains 5 grams of culture (approximately 2-1/2 teaspoons).
