📦 Take the guesswork out of sourcing the specialty ingredients and equipment for your class by adding a Gouda cheesemaking kit to your order! (Kits are shipped about a month before your class date.)
The kit includes all the ingredients you'll need (except milk and salt) to make up to 8 batches of delicious cheese. Choose the kit with the small mould for making cheese with 4 litres/quarts of milk, and the medium mould for 8 litres/quarts of milk. If you already have a suitable cheese mould for making pressed cheeses, you can purchase a kit with the ingredients only.
