Learn to make Mozzarella cheese with the Modern Milkmaid™ from the comfort of your home! Naomi De Ruiter will teach this online cheesemaking class via Zoom from 10:00 am—1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (1:00—4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time). Gather your family and have fun stretching the cheese!

The optional cheesemaking kit includes all the ingredients you need (except milk and salt) to make fresh Mozzarella cheese. Make 8 batches of cheese with the Small kit, and 16 batches with the Large one.

Do I need to purchase a cheesemaking kit?
The cheesemaking kit includes all the ingredients you'll need (except milk and salt) to make up to eight batches of fresh Mozzarella cheese, but you're welcome to source your ingredients locally if you prefer. A couple weeks before the class date, you'll receive an email with a checklist of the equipment and ingredients that you'll require for the class.
Where do you ship the cheesemaking kits to?
Shipping is available to addresses within Canada and the United States. If you live outside of these countries, please contact Naomi at cheesemaker@naomisbirdsongfarm.ca for a shipping quote.
