The cheesemaking kit includes all the ingredients you need (except milk and salt) to make fresh Mozzarella cheese, plus a sheet of reusable synthetic cheesecloth and a pair of heat-resistant, latex-free gloves. Make 8 batches of cheese with the small kit, 16 with a medium one, and 24 with a large kit.

Do I need to purchase a cheesemaking kit?
The cheesemaking kit includes all the ingredients you'll need (except milk and salt) to make up to eight batches of fresh Mozzarella cheese, but you're welcome to source your ingredients locally if you prefer. A couple weeks before the class date, you'll receive an email with a checklist of the equipment and ingredients that you'll require for the class.
