Naomi Fournier, Modern Milkmaid™ & Artisan Cheesemaker at Birdsong Farm, has 15 years of experience raising and milking dairy cattle. In addition to caring for her own small herd of registered Jerseys, she spent 18 months managing a dairy farm in the Okanagan Valley and now dairy farms alongside her fiancé and his family.
