Feta Cheesemaking Class [Online]
Learn to make delicious Feta cheese at home with the Modern Milkmaid™!
Do you prefer a firm, crumbly Feta, or a smooth, creamy cheese—or something in between? Naomi will teach you how to adjust your recipe to suit your tastes. You'll also learn how to preserve your cheese by brining or marinating.

This class will be recorded, and you will have access to the recording for 60 days following the class.
Cheesemaking kits are optional and will be mailed out about a month before the class date. The Basic kit includes all the specialty ingredients and equipment you'll need (except milk and salt) to make your cheese. The standard kit includes two bottomless cheese moulds and a cheese mat for draining your curds.
Both cheesemaking kits come in three different sizes: small (8 batches of cheese), medium (16 batches of cheese), or large (24 batches of cheese).

The small kit contains enough ingredients to make 8 batches of cheese, the medium kit makes 16, and you can make 24 batches of cheese with the large kit.
If you do not purchase a kit, you'll receive an email 4-6 weeks before the class date with a checklist of everything you'll need. This is perfect if you already have cheesemaking supplies on hand, or wish to source your ingredients locally.
