MA 4001/MA 4002
MA 4001 and MA 4002 are mesophilic cultures that contain both mesophilic and thermophilic bacteria to enhance the flavour of the cheese.
• Lactococcus lactis subsp lactis (LL)
• Lactococcus lactis subsp diacetylactis (LD)
• Lactococcus lactis subsp cremoris (LC)
• Streptococcus salivarius subsp thermophilus (ST)
Use 1/16 of a teaspoon per 4 litres or quarts of milk.
Each package contains 2 grams of MA 4001 or MA 4002 (cultures are interchangeable). Store in the freezer.
