The optional cheesemaking kit includes calcium chloride, mesophilic culture, rennet, synthetic cheesecloth, a cheese mat, cream wax, and the recipe handout. It also includes a sturdy, food-grade polypropylene mould and follower that is the perfect size for making 4-litre (4-quart) batches of cheese.
The moulds are stacking, if you purchase additional moulds, you can stack them during pressing.
